Anne-Charlotte VAILLANT

Having graduated in engineering from the ‘Ecole Polytechnique Féminine’, and with ten years experience in the sector, Anne-Charlotte can claim to possess a full understanding of recruitment, thanks to the different roles she has filled in this domain.

First and foremost, Anne-Charlotte has created a department specialising in the recruitment of sales managers and managing executives within an engineering consultancy comprising of over 10,000 employees. In two years, Anne-Charlotte carried out over 200 recruitments of commercial managers by following to the letter the highly demanding selection criteria laid out by the CEO of the group.

All those who have worked with Anne-Charlotte have acquired a solid experience in recruitment, of headhunting, and of commercial development. Everyone has reached their short-term objectives, and most have continued to evolve in the company which adds to her legitimacy as a commercial manager, with the running of a business unit of over 70 consultants whilst also managing sales managers.
This experience within a highly respected group has allowed Anne-Charlotte to develop and progressively refine her specific method based on meeting candidates face to face. On this basis, Anne-Charlotte naturally decided to go further by creating Alhambra Executive Search.

Loïc BARLES

Loïc joined Alhambra in 2007 in order to develop the software editor, telecom operator and industrial equipments sectors. Having graduated from the ‘Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales’, Loïc used his commercial capacities for four years within engineering consulting firms and more specifically in relation to space, transport and aeronautical sectors. These experiences naturally led Loïc to develop his skills with relation to recruiting executives.

Marcel DESCHODT

After having carried out a Masters in Economics and a further diploma in Organisation, Marcel joined a large French aeronautical and space group for which over 20 years in employment he occupied the following positions:

Later, Marcel joined an International Consulting group initially as sales officer for aeronautical, defence and space sectors, and subsequently as marketing manager. These experiences in the industrial as well as in the services sector, have led Marcel to become concerned with resources and to specialise in recruitment related directly to these sectors.
